Returns Policy (All European Countries Except Finland)
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union & United Kingdom)
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union (excluding Finland) or to the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at garazastyle@gmail.com within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and unused
All original tags must be attached
The item must be in its original packaging
Returns must be sent to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is returned due to a change of mind, sizing issue, or any reason other than a defect or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a secure postal service and keeping proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at garazastyle@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
