We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalised items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased using our gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Return Period for the European Union and the United Kingdom Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with other cases, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need an electronic proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
