If you would like your delivery time to include weekends, we recommend placing your order no later than Thursday before noon. This way, your order will be in transit between countries over the weekend, ensuring you receive it in the early days of the new week.
Please also note that orders of up to 3 hijabs are shipped without a tracking number. This method ensures maximum delivery speed and cost efficiency. For example, customers in EU regions and the UK typically receive such orders (up to three hijabs per package) within 3–4 days, and in some cases, as quickly as 2 days. No order shipped without a tracking number has ever been lost.
Orders containing 4 or more hijabs, as well as dresses, require more voluminous packaging, resulting in slightly longer delivery times. For instance, shipments to London take an average of 4 days, while deliveries to UK regions typically take 5 days. These shipments include tracking numbers.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 16:00 Helsinki time are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after this time are processed within 1 business day.
Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 Helsinki time are shipped on the same day.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided immediately upon dispatch.
Orders of up to 3 hijabs in one package may be shipped without a tracking number, as this method allows for faster processing and delivery by postal services, as well as lower costs.
