We offer a 14-day return policy for orders delivered to Finland, other European Union countries, and the United Kingdom.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Notify us clearly by email at garazastyle@gmail.com within the 14-day period. After notifying us, return the item within another 14 days.
Return Conditions
You may inspect and try on the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop. Please handle it carefully and return all included accessories and tags where possible. You may be responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

You do not need our approval to exercise your right of withdrawal, but you must notify us before sending the return.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer pays the return shipping costs for an ordinary return. If the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly by Garaza, Garaza pays the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a secure postal service and keeping proof of shipment.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at garazastyle@gmail.com with photos and a description. We will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised items. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us before returning the item so we can check availability. For an ordinary size or colour exchange, the customer pays the return shipping costs. If the exchange is needed because the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Garaza pays the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
